Dave White Chevrolet in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan seeks an experienced Service Advisor. You will be the primary contact for customers in the Service Department, guiding the experience from initial write-up to delivery while coordinating with technicians.

The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, sales-minded, and capable of building long-term customer relationships in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Perform a vehicle walk-around and document condition.
• Obtain and verify customer and vehicle information.
• Listen to concerns and document symptoms and service requests.
• Review mileage/history/recalls and declined services.
• Recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, history.
• Review technician results and present repairs to customers.
• Prepare and communicate accurate estimates for parts and labor.
• Obtain customer authorization before additional work.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Set expectations for diagnosis and completion.
• Coordinate with technicians/parts/management to move vehicles.
