Dave White Chevrolet in Sylvania, OH seeks a Service BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for service customers. You will schedule service appointments, respond to inquiries, and follow up to maximize appointment volume while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle high call volumes are essential. Training and internal advancement opportunities are provided in a long-established, family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call handling, or automotive scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to generate service appointments.
• Schedule appointments accurately based on customer needs and capacity.
• Maintain and maximize the daily service appointment schedule.
• Document customer concerns and appointment information for Advisors and Technicians.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts, and management for returns or parts-needed appointments.
• Use CRM and scheduling systems consistently and keep notes up to date.
• Ensure professional, positive, customer-focused interactions.
