Job summary

Capitol Chevrolet, part of the DGDG family, is hiring sales professionals to respond to high-volume internet leads, assist guests with vehicle selection, and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record are required; automotive experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Training programs and a commission-based pay plan support growth. One weekend off per month is provided.

Qualifications

• Customer facing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with social media, email and basic office programs
• Availability to work nights, weekends and some holidays
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Nice to have: 0-1 year of relevant experience and automotive sales exposure

Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and face-to-face communication
• Assist guests in vehicle selection and provide automotive knowledge
• Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Opportunity-based commission structure is in place for early months
