Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor/Service Writer experience.
• Ability to translate technical terms for customers.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the communicator between customer and technician to ensure needs are understood.
• Prepare repair orders (RO) and enter into service database.
• Inform customers of additional repairs based on inspections and warranties.
• Keep customers informed of service timelines and costs.
