• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer repair requests and orders.
• Ensure timely action on disputes and warranty.
• Maintain and administer shop tool and supply requirements.
• Advise customers on additional service work.
• Participate in training for technical and warranty issues.
