Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Service Advisor/Sales to be the main contact for clients through repair and maintenance services. You will promote products, tailor recommendations to needs, and clearly communicate costs, timelines, and updates.

You will greet customers, document service needs, suggest solutions, and manage quotes and follow-ups while upholding company standards and delivering a satisfying experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to work at least 5 days per week.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not mandatory.
• Professional appearance, customer service skills, and the ability to work within a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, listen to concerns, and document service needs.
• Recommend services, communicate additional suggestions, and document all recommendations.
• Promote parts and accessories, provide accurate quotes, and update customers on service status.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and track warranty parts/returns.
• Adhere to company policies and demonstrate behaviors aligned with standards.
