Qualifications

• Must be customer-focused with strong communication.
• Ability to operate computer systems for service writing.
• Willingness to learn and be trained; automotive knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in automotive service is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle appointments.
• Discuss and recommend repairs and maintenance to customers.
• Provide price quotes.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with other automotive service-related duties as needed.
