Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

• Knowledge of automobiles and repair processes.
• Minimum of 1 year in a service department is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
• Clearly report vehicle symptoms as described by customers.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Establish follow-up times and monitor progress of each vehicle.
• Update customers frequently and verify final invoices match work performed.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
