Job summary

Sytner Jaguar Land Rover South West London is seeking a Service Advisor to provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping customers updated at every stage and coordinating with technicians to ensure on-time vehicle readiness.

The role encompasses delivering the best possible service, building rapport with customers, and recommending our products and services.

Qualifications

• Customer care experience or strong customer service mindset.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn with training provided by in-house learning & development.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between customers and the workshop to explain servicing requirements.
• Keep customers updated at every stage and answer questions or queries.
• Coordinate with technicians/workshop to check vehicle statuses and ensure timely completion.
• Offer advice on products and services to customers and upsell where appropriate.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy retail environment.
