Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover Charlotte is seeking a Service Support professional to greet customers, help check-in, and coordinate maintenance with technicians. You will work with the Service Advisor to identify required services, discuss recommendations, and support in processing payments and keys for completed work.

The role requires good interpersonal and organizational skills, basic automotive knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries desired.
• Basic knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive area and assist them with the process of checking vehicle in for service.
• Assist Service Advisor by working with customer and technician to identify required maintenance.
• May advise customers on necessary and recommended services.
• May offer additional services and repairs to customers.
• Assists with moving vehicles.
• Assists customers with reviewing documentation, processing payment, and returning keys for completed services.
• Schedules appointments with customer.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Participates in required training.
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values.
• Complies with Company policies and procedures.
