We are seeking a customer service-oriented associate to greet customers, collect information on vehicles, communicate clearly about vehicle symptoms and service needs, and keep customers updated on progress and charges.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Establish follow up time.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
