Job summary

Heritage Ford is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to perform automotive repairs and maintenance for customers in the Southern Indiana/Louisville area. The role requires a Certified Ford Technician with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to follow factory guidelines for service.

We offer competitive pay starting at $22.00 per hour (based on experience), a healthcare package (medical/dental/vision), a 401(k) plan, paid vacation and holidays, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Ford Technician with strong knowledge of Ford vehicle systems.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and computer systems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot concerns/symptoms.
• Follow factory guidelines and specifications for repairs and service.
• Accurately document repair orders.
• Maintain a high level of workmanship.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations.

Mobile Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Performing automotive repairs and maintenance
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting concerns/symptoms
• Following factory guidelines and specifications for repairs and service
• Accurately documenting repair orders
• Ensuring a high level of workmanship
• Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Follow prescribed safety regulations.

Mobile Service TechnicianRequirements:

• Certified Ford Technician
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Ford vehicle systems
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and computer systems
• Good communication and writing/typing skills required
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen& background check
• Valid driver’s license free from major interactions required
• Please note: Technician will be scheduled to work in the shop during the training and evaluation period.
