Job summary

Heritage Ford is seeking a customer service associate in Indiana to greet customers, collect information, and provide excellent service. You will report vehicle symptoms, monitor progress, and communicate updates to customers throughout the day.

• Schedule is Monday through Friday 7:45A - 6:00P.
• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
• Previous customer service experience.

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Establish follow up time
