Central Power Systems & Services in Chandler, AZ seeks a Service Advisor to act as the liaison between the Service Department and customers. You will own repair orders from start to finish, gather issue details, present estimates and repair plans, and keep all stakeholders informed.

This position offers a team-based incentive plan, competitive salary, and benefits. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Foreman and Technicians, upselling services, managing invoicing, and ensuring safety

Formación

• High school diploma required; technical education in Automotive, Diesel or related field a plus.
• 2+ years sales experience, specifically upselling service.
• 3+ years experience and industry knowledge preferred.
• Experience in a shop environment preferred.
• Excede software experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers, establish rapport and gather repair issue information.
• Communicate intake of repair orders to Foreman.
• Create and present customer estimates and repair plans.
• Maintain communication with Technician, Foreman and Customer for timely repairs.
• Identify and process warranty repairs with documentation.
