Job summary

Central Power Systems & Services in Liberty, MO is seeking a Service Advisor to act as a liaison between the Service Department and customers. You will own repair orders from intake to completion and help ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction, with a team-based incentive plan.

The role requires experience in a shop environment, strong communication, and upselling service. You will work with Foreman, Technicians, Parts Dept, and Warranty team to coordinate estimates, repairs, invoicing,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; automotive/diesel tech education a plus.
• 2+ years sales experience with upselling of services.
• 3+ years in the industry with knowledge of shop operations.
• Excede software experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, establish rapport, and gather repair issue details.
• Communicate intake of repair orders to the Foreman.
• Create and present estimates and repair plans to customers.
• Maintain updates with technician, foreman and customer for timely repairs.
• Collaborate with Parts Dept to prevent delays.
• Handle warranty repairs and documentation with the warranty team.
• Update customers on repair status.
• Support upselling goals and service opportunities.
• Process customer invoicing and payments.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe environment.
