Job summary

Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and uphold Earl Stewart Toyota's customer experience policy.
- Obtain customer and vehicle information and clearly report symptoms.
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on vehicle history.
- Prepare complete, accurate labor and parts estimates for repair orders.
- Monitor progress of vehicles and update customers regularly.
- Explain completed work and charges to customers at delivery.
