Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care NC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone. You will greet customers, explain services, and help drive sales while supporting daily shop operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and 1+ year in automotive service/advisor or similar customer-facing roles. Strong communication and basic math skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year automotive service/advisor or 1–2+ years sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Phone skills and basic math for calculating discounts.
• Ability to work days, Saturdays, and some holidays.
