Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor in Lakewood, WA to greet customers in-store and over the phone, schedule appointments, and explain services. You will help sell parts and automotive services while maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe shop environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service and communication skills. Weekend and holiday availability is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
• Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections.
• Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
