Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet customers in-store and over the phone, schedule appointments, and explain services while actively selling parts and automotive services. The role includes performing routine vehicle services and supporting shop productivity through register transactions.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year in automotive service, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
• Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.
