Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Strong automotive knowledge and customer-service skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Motivated, professional, and organized.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and earn their trust.
• Write accurate repair orders and identify service needs.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and technician findings.
• Clearly explain repairs, pricing, and timelines.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Work closely with technicians and Service Management.
• Obtain authorization for additional repairs.
• Review completed work and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery.
• Build repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service.
