Holman Enterprises is seeking a Service Advisor for Leith Volkswagen of Cary in North Carolina. You will act as the liaison between service technicians and the parts department, ensuring excellent customer experiences and accurate estimates.

You will greet customers, determine repair actions, provide cost and time estimates, and maintain clear communication about prognosis and warranty policies. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with strong math, reading, and

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Determine the course of action and obtain customer authorization.
• Write up service needs and provide accurate estimates for cost and completion time.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfactory repairs or maintenance.
• Be familiar with warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keep customers informed and advise on prognosis of their vehicle.
• Call customers to schedule appointments and answer phones promptly.
• Attend required training and department meetings.
