FAH LLC is seeking a Service Advisor Assistant to join our automotive dealership in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on supporting service advisors, processing service and warranty claims, and ensuring repair orders are accurate and moving on time.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. A high school diploma is required, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or automotive service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous dealership, warranty, or automotive experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork and data entry.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management and OEM warranty systems.

Responsibilities

• Support service advisors with customer follow-up, paperwork, and daily workflow so they can stay focused on the drive.
• Help prepare, document, and process customer-pay, warranty, and internal repair orders accurately.
• Assist the warranty administrator with claim submission, required documentation, and follow-up on pending, held, or rejected claims.
• Verify repair order details (labor operations, parts, story lines, and authorizations) before claims are submitted.
• Track claim status and follow up on aging or adjusted claims to keep the warranty schedule current.
• Coordinate with advisors, technicians, and parts to gather missing information needed to complete and submit claims.
• Keep customers and advisors informed on service progress, timelines, and any additional recommended work.
• Maintain organized, complete, and accurate records within the dealership management system.
• Help ensure a smooth and efficient service experience from check-in to check-out.
