You will act as the liaison between customers and techs, build relationships, document service needs, and present maintenance options while maintaining trust and satisfaction.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Automotive service advising or automotive sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
