Job summary

Wyatt Johnson Kia in Clarksville, TN is seeking motivated Service Advisors to join our award-winning, high-volume service department. You will be the key connection between customers and the service department, greeting customers, recommending maintenance, and communicating updates throughout the service process.

We offer $80,000-$100,000+ annual earning potential for top performers, manufacturer bonuses and incentive opportunities, and a flexible 5-day work week with Saturdays on a rotation.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Automotive service advising or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services.
