In & Out Tire & Auto in Millsboro, DE is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor/Accessory Sales to greet customers, identify needs, and guide them to the right automotive products and services in a fast-paced shop. You will manage in-store, phone, and digital sales, work with service techs, and support store operations.

A 1–2 year retail or sales background and automotive experience is preferred; weekly pay and full benefits are offered.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Connect with each customer in a professional and energetic manner to identify their specific requirements
• Lead customers through process, offering expert product and service recommendations
• Foster customer loyalty by providing clear, honest guidance and transparent advice
• Manage sales transactions across multiple channels—in-store, telephone, and digital—while achieving or surpassing performance targets
• Maintain current knowledge of promotional offers, warranty programs, and available
• financing to better assist customers
• Facilitate coordination between the sales floor and service bay to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Participate in routine store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities when assigned
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and keep the sales area clean and professional at all times
• Partner with the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and service technicians to deliver complete customer satisfaction
• Show dependability, accountability, adaptability, and an upbeat approach in our busy, collaborative work environment

WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU

WHERE YOU’LL BE WORKING

This role is located in our tire and automotive service retail location. You'll work in a dynamic, high-energy shop environment with flexible hours Monday through Saturday, with occasional overtime as business needs require. The position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, lift items weighing up to 75 pounds, and perform tasks in an active workshop setting. You'll experience exposure to typical automotive shop conditions, including moderate noise levels, fluctuating temperatures, and standard service bay elements.
