Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Service Advisor at Baierl Chevrolet of Wexford. You will be the liaison between customers and technicians to ensure needs are understood and repairs properly communicated.

This role involves preparing repair orders, obtaining approvals, communicating additional repair needs, and managing warranty processes. A customer-focused, team-oriented communicator with prior advisor experience is ideal.

• Previous Service Advisor/Service Writer experience.
• Polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate technical terms to a non-technical audience.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
• Keep customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.

Dealership: L0289 Baierl Chevrolet Baierl Chevrolet of Wexford Now Hiring Service Advisors! If you interested in working in an employee-centric environment that offers tremendous earning potential, benefits, and career advancement, Pay: $45,000-$100,000 + $3,000 Sign on Bonus (depending on experience) Schedule: 1 Saturday a month. 7:30am-5pm for 2 days, 7:30am-6pm for 2 days. Schedule is flexible for the right candidate!

What You'll Do
