Job summary

Dutch Miller is seeking a Service Leader to oversee the Drive Lane workflow and ensure prompt, courteous service for customers. You will own the customer experience, manage technicians, and coordinate warranty administration.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining high customer satisfaction and dealership standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane; ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience; perform assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, by phone or in person.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as needed.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and training of service staff.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards.
• Encourage compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain good relations with factory and foster positive employee relations.
