Job summary

Dutch Miller is seeking a Service Leader to oversee the Drive Lane workflow and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.

You will manage technicians, answer vehicle questions, and maintain high customer satisfaction while upholding warranty processes and department policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience by completing add-on tasks that leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, via phone or in person, to prevent mishandling.
• Ensure daily technician time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise the service department.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards.
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain good working relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations.
