Job summary

Dutch Miller of Wytheville is seeking motivated individuals to join our Sales team as a Sales Associate. No automotive experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed and build a long-term career in automotive sales.

You will engage customers, demonstrate vehicles, handle objections, and work with the Sales Manager to meet objectives. A high-energy, customer-focused attitude and a valid driver's license are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• No sales experience required.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing.
• Have quality customer service skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all steps of the sales process per company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis

No previous Automotive experience? No problem. Do you have Customer Service experience with the ability to learn new information quickly? How about a self-starter mentality? We are currently seeking motivated individuals to become Sales Associates at Dutch Miller.

Previous Automotive experience is not required. We will train you to be a success and help you grow a career in automotive.
