US Lawns is seeking a Service Advisor for our dealership in the Town of Hempstead, NY. We welcome applicants with customer service or sales backgrounds and offer training for those with automotive interest.

You will be the bridge between customers and technicians, guiding repairs and estimates with clear communication. This fast-paced role emphasizes organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building with customers.

• Automotive experience is preferred, but training is offered.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs.
• Prepare repair orders and estimates.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Build trust and create long-term customer relationships.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or sales experience is a plus.
• Automotive experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Valid New York driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or ADP is a plus, but not required.
