Job summary

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking a Service Advisor for our Lubbock, TX location. You will greet customers, assess service needs, and communicate estimates clearly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications

• Previous service advisor or automotive service experience (RV or Marine a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and clear communication regarding repairs or maintenance.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
• Work with the service team to ensure timely and quality repairs.
