Job summary

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers in San Antonio, TX seeks a Service Advisor to greet customers, assess service needs, provide estimates, and schedule repairs. This role focuses on clear communication, customer satisfaction, and coordinating with the service team to ensure timely, quality work.

You will upsell services when appropriate, maintain organized workflows, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-first environment.

Qualifications

• Previous service advisor or automotive service experience (RV or Marine a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to upsell services and create value for customers
• Weekend availability
