Job summary

Ultimate Auto Works is a family-owned BMW specialist in the Scottsdale Airpark, seeking a Service Advisor who can be the voice of the shop. You will answer phones and emails, book appointments, welcome customers, and relay clear notes to technicians while explaining findings in plain language.

Ideal candidates have experience as a service advisor or strong customer service skills, possess calm organization during busy periods, and are comfortable with shop software. BMW knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service advisor or writer at a repair shop or dealership, or strong customer service experience and a real interest in cars.
• Clear, friendly communication on the phone, by email and in person.
• Organized and calm when the shop is busy.
• Comfortable with shop management software, email and a computer.
• Honest — you would rather lose a sale than sell work a car does not need.
• BMW knowledge is a plus.

Ultimate Auto Works is an independent BMW specialist in the Scottsdale Airpark, family owned since 1992. Our customers trust us because we explain things plainly and never sell work a car does not need. The shop is busy, and we are looking for a Service Advisor who can be the voice of the shop.
