Job summary

M&K Truck Centers in Sauk Rapids, MN is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our premier commercial truck dealership. You will assist in operating a profitable service department by coordinating appointments, communicating status to customers, and guiding repairs with technicians.

Responsibilities include opening and closing work orders, researching recalls, and promoting necessary maintenance in an honest, courteous manner. A business degree and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service experience.
• Must work closely with vehicle repair technicians.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong computer skills; ADP Dealer System is a plus.
• Ability to multitask.
• High level of technical knowledge.
• Clean driving record; pass drug screen and background check.

Salary Range: $33,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

M&K Truck Centers is a premier commercial truck dealership specializing in Mack and Volvo truck sales, recognized for quality, reliability, and industry-leading service. We are growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team.

Assist in the operation of managing a profitable service department through productive staffing, strong customer satisfaction (CSI score) cost controls, setting and meeting objectives with high initiative for change and control of service activity. The Service Advisor provides advice to customers regarding vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with setting service appointments, and keeping our clients informed of the status of their vehicles for service.

• Research vehicle recalls, service & repair information with manufacturers' websites.
• Being able to sell needed vehicle maintenance & repairs in an honest, ethical, courteous & professional manner.
