Job summary

Dahl Hyundai Rochester, MN is hiring for a service guest relations role where you will greet guests, coordinate service needs, and communicate progress throughout the visit. Training will be provided to learn the systems and processes while leveraging your customer service experience to deliver a smooth, friendly experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing service orders, guiding guests through the process, and providing concierge support for owner inquiries.

Qualifications

• Organized and friendly personality.
• Fantastic communication skills.
• Team oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Previous automotive knowledge/experience is helpful, but not required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the guest's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the guest.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the guest does not get mishandled.
• Work with skilled technicians and then provide responses and answers to guests regarding technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs for the guest.

In this fast-paced position at Dahl Hyundai Rochester, MN you will put your customer service skills to good work by taking care of our service guests. This position offers a competitive pay range of $55,000–$90,000+ annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
