Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and maintenance per repair orders following dealership standards.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections, tests, and diagnostic testing with advanced tools.
• Diagnose and repair systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, and HVAC.
• Communicate with Service Advisors about repairs and updates.
• Provide accurate time estimates for repairs and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and maintenance services outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately while following dealership policies, procedures, and quality standards.


• Perform thorough vehicle inspections, test drives, and diagnostic testing using advanced diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.


• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and other vehicle components.


• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to provide accurate updates and ensure customers are informed of recommended repairs and services.


• Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs and communicate findings clearly.


• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.

Qualifications

ASE Certificate preferred

• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies

Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment

• Basic computer skills

Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality

Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

Ability to collaborate effectively

Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
