Job summary

Dahl Automotive in Rhinelander is hiring CDJR technicians with paid training and a starting wage of $18/hour+. No experience required; you'll learn hands-on skills in a bright shop with top-notch tools. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

• ASE Certification preferred.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mindset.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
