Job summary

Dahl Automotive is seeking a service guest coordinator for Dahl Hyundai Rochester, MN. You will greet guests, coordinate service needs, and communicate throughout the process to ensure a smooth visit.

Training will be provided; bring customer service experience and a readiness to succeed. The role offers a competitive pay range and benefits as part of the Dahl Auto team.

Qualifications

• Organized and friendly personality.
• Fantastic communication skills.
• Team oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Previous automotive knowledge/experience is helpful, but not required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the guest's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the guest.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the guest does not get mishandled.
• Work with skilled technicians and then provide responses and answers to guests regarding technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs for the guest.

In this fast-paced position at Dahl Hyundai Rochester, MN you will put your customer service skills to good work by taking care of our service guests. This position offers a competitive pay range of $55,000–$90,000+ annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
