Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton is seeking a results-driven Service Advisor to join our team. This full-time role offers a commission-based pay structure and opportunities to grow within a major automotive group.

You will greet customers, explain service needs, generate estimates, dispatch work, and ensure a smooth delivery of the vehicle back to the customer, while delivering exceptional service. Collaborate with technicians, follow ICC/ICC2, ensure upfront pricing, use ADP for repair orders, and

• 1+ years as a Service Advisor or similar role.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers professionally.
• Identify, confirm and resolve customer concerns.
• Explain what needs to be done, cost, and timeline to customers.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and assess service needs.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates; dispatch to technicians.
