Job summary

Jim Shorkey Auto Group is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our Ross Township/Irwin area team. You will warmly greet customers, listen to concerns, and guide them through service options and estimates.

You’ll use our service software to book appointments and track vehicle info while collaborating with technicians to ensure quality repairs. We’re a growth-focused dealership with competitive pay, benefits, and a team-first culture, offering career advancement and a path to long-term

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a service advisor role is required.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfort with computers and service software.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
