Karl Malone Toyota in Park City, UT is seeking a Service Advisor to help deliver a memorable customer experience from greeting to vehicle repair or maintenance. You will obtain customer and vehicle information, describe concerns, update on repairs, and communicate timelines and costs while delivering outstanding service and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen and document customer concerns accurately.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and possible drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Obtain a detailed description of the customer’s concerns and provide a detailed report for technicians.
• Update customer on needed repairs, cost, and estimated timeline.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Complete all tasks in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor progress of each vehicle and update customers regularly.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Obtain a detailed description of the customer’s concerns/needs. Provide a detailed report for servicing technician(s).
• Update customer on needed repair, cost, and estimated timeline.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Requirements

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling customer’s concerns
• Working knowledge of automotive design and mechanical technology.
• Demonstrate organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong customer service skills and sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone
• Ability to listen and focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
