• Experience in retail/customer service is preferred.
• Ability to explain repairs and costs clearly to customers.
• Comfort communicating progress and timelines to customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Obtain a detailed description of the customer’s concerns and provide a detailed report for servicing technicians.
• Update customer on needed repair, cost, and estimated timeline.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Complete all tasks in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor progress of each vehicle and update customers frequently.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
