Job summary

Subaru Newnan is seeking a Service Advisor to join our dealership team in Newnan, GA. You will greet customers, capture vehicle information, and clearly communicate symptoms to determine maintenance needs while delivering accurate labor and parts estimates.

You will manage progress updates with customers, ensure invoices match work performed, and explain all charges. This role requires strong customer service orientation and energy for a long-term career with a growing automotive team.

Qualifications

• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
• Past experience as a Service Advisor or Service Consultant is a strong plus.
• Able to maintain energy and focus in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow up time.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must
• Above average energy level
• A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
• CDK Experience preferred but not required
