Confidence Chevrolet Buick GMC, a Cavender Auto Family dealership, is seeking a Sales Consultant to greet customers, identify vehicle needs, and guide them through the sales process from selection to delivery. The role emphasizes professional vehicle presentations, CRM-based interactions, and ongoing training to stay current with products and financing options.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer-service skills, a proven positive track record, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars
• Use CRM tool to effectively track all customer interactions
• Present customer deal structure and additional finance products
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.
