Job summary

Cavender Buick GMC North is seeking a Service Admin to support the Service Manager and Advisors with administrative duties, order processing, and documentation. The role requires meticulous records handling and strong communication with customers to schedule and update service appointments.

Ideal candidates are energetic, motivated, and punctual, and willing to undergo a background check and drug screen. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity offering growth within a family-owned dealership.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the Service Manager and Service Advisors.
• Open and close repair orders (ROs) accurately in the dealership management system (DMS).
• Review and verify repair orders for completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Assist in preparing warranty claims and ensure all required documentation is submitted.
• Maintain service records and customer files in accordance with dealership and manufacturer policies.
• Process customer payments, invoices, and internal billing for service work.
• Communicate with customers regarding service status, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
