Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships in Manchester, NH is seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy service department. This is a full-time, in-person role offering opportunities for growth in a leading New England dealership group.

You will greet customers, write repair orders, provide cost estimates, track repairs, and communicate changes to customers while upholding our commitment to superior service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with Superior Customer Service Skills.
• High School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Write Repair Orders and explain charges.
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Check the progress of repair throughout the day.
• Communicate changes in the estimate or time impacts to customers.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
