Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships in Quincy, MA, is seeking a Mobile Service Coordinator for our busy Mobile Service Department. You will schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments, write repair orders, and provide accurate cost estimates for labor and parts, while communicating with customers about progress and changes.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments with customers
• Write Repair Orders and explain charges to customers
• Perform vehicle walk around and document customer concerns
• Provide complete and accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts
• Monitor progress of repairs and communicate updates to customers
• Contact customers about changes to estimates or timeframes
• Advise customers on proper truck maintenance per manufacturer specs
• Follow all safety policies and report accidents promptly

Position Overview

There is an opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group in New England! Quirk's Commercial Truck Center in Quincy, MA is seeking an experienced Mobile Service Coordinator for our busy Mobile Service Department. Quirk has opportunities for inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed. Compensation will be based on experience, however, we are always willing to train the right candidate!

• Scheduling and coordinatingmobile service appointments with customers
• Writing Repair Orders and explaining charges
• Performing vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns
• Providing a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Checking the progress of repair throughout the day
• Contacting customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time impacts
• Advising customers on the care of their trucks and the value of maintaining their trucks in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications
• Following all Quirk safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor

Preferred Skills:

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not required
• Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
