Job summary

Quirk Auto Marshfield is seeking a Service Advisor to join the busy service department. You will greet customers, write repair orders, and provide cost estimates for labor and parts.

You will monitor repair progress and communicate any changes to customers while advising on vehicle care per manufacturer specifications. Preferred candidates have strong interpersonal and computer skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Write Repair Orders and explain charges to customers.
• Provide complete, accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Check progress of repairs and update customers on changes in estimates or time.
• Advise customers on car care and manufacturer specifications.
