Quirk Auto Dealerships in Quincy, MA is seeking a Service Manager to lead a busy service department, drive efficiency and profitability, and ensure a safe, compliant shop environment.

You will forecast goals, prepare annual budgets, hire and develop staff, schedule technicians, and work with management to meet dealership guidelines while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in an auto repair facility.
• Excellent supervisory and managerial skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
• Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the service department.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all service department staff.
• Direct and schedule the activities of all department employees.
• Provide technical assistance to employees as needed.
