Fowler Honda of Longmont in Colorado is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor who excels in creating a welcoming, trustful service experience. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, and act as the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring clear communication and accuracy in repair explanations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months automotive experience.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier.
• Ability to greet customers promptly and courteously and articulate repair needs clearly.
• Willingness to follow dealership policy and maintain high CSI scores.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to each customer and articulate repair needs to techs.
• Upsell recommended/additional services with integrity.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs.
• Follow up on repairs and keep customers informed of progress.

• Handle concerns and keep Service Manager informed.
